Take a Deep Breath . . . And GO!

Introduction

Ready-Set-Incorporate! is the trade name used by me, David Herzog, for my law firm’s entity formation practice. This is a law office like any other . . . it is not publicly supported (I wish!) and it provides legal services like any other law firm. The State Bar of California prevents me from saying I’m a specialist in this area (there is no such specialization certificate anyway), but I am very good at it (and I am a certified specialist (certified by the State Bar) in Tax, so there’s that).
